What is your returns/refund policy?
We want you to be Rapt with your purchase but if you for some reason aren’t we are
happy to refund. Please refer to our returns/refund policy page for full details.
How much is shipping?
Shipping in Australia is included in the cost of all our towels! So, there is nothing extra to
pay! However, if you would like Express Shipping it is an extra $4.95 for this service. A
quote can be provided for overseas shipping. Rapture Australia uses Australia Post and
Sendle for our postage service. You will be advised which service has been selected for
your delivery via email confirmation when your order has been posted.
How long will it take to deliver my towel?
Orders are processed within 24 – 48 hours and are posted from Sydney Australia.
Delivery times depend on location and because of the pandemic, lockdown restrictions
and increased online shopping items are taking longer for delivery. Please be patient.
What are Rapture towels made of?
They are made of 80% recycled polyester and 20% polyamide – which is approximately
20 recycled plastic bottles per towel! So you are helping the environment while enjoying
being outdoors and in nature! The material is a waffle blend is a premium 390 GSM
count.
Why is using post- consumer recycled plastic better for the environment?
By recycling plastic that already exists you do an immense amount of good for the
environment! Less waste in our oceans and in landfill, a reduction in CO2 emissions,
saving and reducing fossil fuels and better energy conservation are just to name a few.
How do I care for my Rapture towel?
Please refer to the care tag instructions sewn into the side of towel. It is best to wash the
towel in a cold wash and hang it out to dry on the line. Do not use bleach, tumble dry,
iron or dry clean our Rapture towels. Please note that because it is anti- microbial the
towel doesn’t require washing after each use simply hang it out to dry.
What size are Rapture towels?
All our towels are 160 cm long and 80 cm wide, making it a great sized towel.

Hidden Valuables Pocket
Rapture Australia towels has the extra added advantage of a hidden zippered valuables pocket! This pocket is hidden on the underside of the towel and is big enough to secure keys and phones/ small wallets. Making it easy to hide your valuables while taking a dip!
Fast Drying
Rapture Australia towels are designed to dry fast! With the help of the black patterned pigment underside to maximise solar absorption and harness the sun’s heat combined with our unique woven textured material this makes it one of the fastest drying towels around!

Our unique recycle bottled fabric has the amazing ability to roll and fold up into a compact size making it easy to transport, either in our specialised Rapture mesh bag or inside another bag leaving plenty of space for other personal items.
