RETURNS / REFUND POLICY
WE HOPE YOU LOVE BEING WRAPPED IN YOUR RAPTURE TOWEL BUT INCASE YOU AREN’T WE OFFER A MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.
To be eligible for a return your item must:
– be returned within 21 days of receiving your product.
– be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
– be returned in all of it’s original packaging.
To complete your return Rapture Australia also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received, Rapture Australia will send you an email to notify you that
we have received your returned item. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit
will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7
business days.
Please note that refunds will only be provided for:
– items that are in the original condition and packaging.
– any item that is returned more than 21 days after delivery.
Refunds will not be provided if:
– The item is damaged or defective for reasons not due to our error.
– Items are returned after 21 days of delivery.
– Items were on sale.
EXCHANGES
Rapture Australia only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error. If
you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at
raptureaustralia@gmail.com and we will provide you with the next steps for exchange.
SHIPPING COSTS
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for all returning items. Shipping costs
are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for exchanged
products to reach you, may vary. It is advised to purchase tracking when returning items.
